We are a student-led consulting firm at San Diego State University providing pro-bono management consulting services with the hopes of "providing transformative experiences for students, faculty, and business owners across the San Diego community." We focus on providing full-vertical consulting services to small business in San Diego by utilizing the best and brightest business students from all different departments and faculty with all different specialties so that our clients can get an implementable strategy on complex, multi-faceted issues. These students work with faculty to utilize and practice the business knowledge and critical thinking they are gaining on campus to provide strategic advice to business owners on the following topics: - business expansion - feasability study - advertising and promotion - marketing campaigns - integrated marketing - search engine optimization - social media, cost analysis and control - supply chain management - export/import - benchmark and competitor analysis - exit strategies Our goal with this platform is to unlock the untapped synergy between students, faculty, and business owners in which all parties work side-by-side to tackle real-world business issues. Our services do not stop at the strategy phase. While some clients have the resources to implement their game-changing strategy, others do not.
