The Indiba-Africa Group is an international human rights, rule of law, strategy and organisation development consulting firm. It is a private company, wholly black owned, with its main operations based in South Africa and a regional office in Kigali, Rwanda, which services East Africa and the Great Lakes. It also has a presence in Swaziland. We have a significant and diverse client base across Africa, including governments, national human rights institutions, the donor community, civil society and the corporate sectors. Our credibility is based upon the fact that our work contributes to enhanced levels of efficiency and effectiveness and enhanced levels of accountability and transparency, across the sectors we work in. We strongly believe that none of these are mutually exclusive, but rather that they are all interlocking dimensions, fundamental to sustained performance and good-health of organisations. Our interventions are characterised by providing incisive expertise which is nuanced by an intuitiveness for our clients’ needs in difficult and uncertain contexts. Often, information is not readily available and best practises have not been established.
