All of our Consultants are split into core teams – with each one focusing on finding junior through to senior level candidates. We have considerable experience in Search, Advertised Selection, Contingency placements, and temporary staffing, and have also undertaken volume recruitment projects where a number of different methodologies have been combined to provide a tailored approach. In addition we have contractual arrangements with clients where we provide on-site relationship managers to reduce costs, minimise administrative overheads, aid problem resolution and provide one port of call for sourcing and evaluating candidates, both temporary and permanent. Where appropriate we work closely with other providers of recruitment services to provide a seamless and trouble-free answer to our clients’ needs.
