Europrivacy is an innovative and highly efficient certification scheme and platform of resources for assessing and certifying compliance of data processing activities with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and complementary national or domain specific data protection regulations. It is applicable to any data processing activities, including emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Blockchain. Europrivacy has been developed through the European research programme with the support of the European Commission. It is managed by the European Centre for Certification and Privacy (ECCP) in Luxembourg under the supervision of the Europrivacy International Board of Experts in data protection and certification.
