Kull Machine Inc, formed in December 2010, recently acquired both P&A Tool and Die and Four Star Grinding. Based in Rochester NY, and founded in 1983 and 1993 respectively, P&A and Four Star were previously owned and operated by Paul and Kathleen Nagy. Founding investor in Kull Machine Inc, Peter Kull will be running day to day operations. An RIT graduate with a Masters in Engineering, Peter has 15 years of product development and engineering experience, most recently with ITT. Kull says “I am excited to be working with Paul and Kathleen Nagy. For the last 27 years they have built a company based on customer service and high quality production.
