In four years we have developed a portfolio of projects, some finished, some in progress and some yet to come which demonstrate our bespoke and tailored response to every project be it large or small. Our focus has always been and will always be on our clients and their requirements. Our portfolio illustrates our commitment to establishing a practice which is focused on the crucial interaction between designers, project sponsors and users to deliver an architecture in the midst of life, fit for everyday use. We see our practice as a cultural activity. We are able to celebrate the successful delivery of projects, our continued commitment to diversity and a number of awards including BD Architect of the year for small projects. Group Ginger are confident, professional and fun. We are flexible and open minded; exploring simple solutions to complex issues. We love re-invigorating and re-purposing spaces with new relevance. Our work adds value and demonstrates beneficial social and economic impact. Our exploration is inclusive and engaging identifying bespoke solutions focused on people, activity and use, putting people first in every project. We are storytellers; enriching old stories and establishing new narratives of place. Our name derives from the political term, a ginger group. Ginger groups work to identify alternative ideas for the benefit of their host. We collaborate with our clients to identify opportunities which amplify development potential and celebrate activity. Common to our work is an objective to push beyond the architectural object and explore the potential of creating social spaces, focused on place-making and experience.
