Careers at Council is a careers website created to help councils find the right skills to serve their communities. Designed to showcase the diverse opportunities available in councils and inform job seekers about career pathways, it builds a connection between candidates and councils throughout Australia. Candidates are able to search more job roles, get a taste of all the great benefits on offer and connect with existing employees who are making a difference in their communities every day. Created by the state and territory Local Government Associations (LGNSW, MAV, WALGA, LGASA, LGANT, LGAT and LGAQ), Careers at Council has been developed to build awareness, engage and educate candidates about the career opportunities across Australia's 537 councils.
