CEDR Systems is a department of the San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE) and was created in 2002 to develop innovative software solutions for educational agencies across the state. We are the developers of EDJOIN, SEIS, Beyond SST, PROMIS, California School Dashboard, SARC, PFT, California Career Resource Network, California Community College Registry and many more systems that serve over 5,000 school districts and provide support to over 120,000 educators.
