Marathon Construction Services, LLC is a General Contractor  working in an  owner/builder relationship with Marathon Acquisition and Development, Inc. Marathon sees the project through all phases from concept to land acquisition through construction.  Our projects include low-rise to mid-level  buildings in the commercial, mixed-used, retail, and apartment sectors of the industry. Marathon is privately owned and operated in the greater Portland, Oregon area.
