WSIE is a non-profit organization who's mission is to help and empower Industrial Engineering and STEM students for personal and professional growth that will follow them throughout their careers and lives, integrating a variety of innovative programs for personal and professional growth during the course of their academic career as women. WSIE currently has two chapter's: Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, the founding chapter, and Ana G. Mendéz University.
