Youth Readers specializes in providing literacy solutions for students from grades 5 through 12, especially those individuals who struggle with the motivation to read. By providing the reader with scientifically based high interest popular magazine style articles via a web based application, students are inspired to read and excel on high stakes test. The articles consist of 30 questions based on Comprehension, Vocabulary, Word Selection, Multiple Choice, Sequencing / Analysis, and Conclusions. Through these quick assessment questions and a simple analytical reporting and management system teachers are able to pinpoint deficiencies in comprehension skills and focus on areas students need direction explicit instruction.
