´Strengthening teams, connecting communities´ Team Impact Journeys bied reizen aan voor zorgmanagers naar landen, waar we voor en met de lokale gemeenschap en zorgverleners zorginnovaties samen gaan vormgeven. Twee weken waarin we een team van 12 managers uit Nederland ´voor de leeuwen gooien´. De uitdaging is om in teamverband, in een totaal andere cultuur, een effectief businessmodel voor de zorg te realiseren. Wij nemen mensen mee op avontuur om hun zelfinzicht te vergroten, te laten ervaren hoe samensturing werkt en laten ze inspiratie op doen voor hun rol in de Nederlandse zorg. Wij bieden een intensieve sabbatical aan waarbij het mes aan twee kanten snijd! Team Impact Journeys offers journeys for healthcare managers to different countries, where we will co-design healthcare innovations for and with the local community and healthcare practitioners. Two weeks in which you are ´thrown to the lions´ with a team of 12 managers from the Netherlands. With the participants we will realize as a team an effective business model concerning healthcare, in a totally different culture. We want people to join us in this adventure and increase their self-insights, experience how co-directing works and find inspiration to their role in Dutch healthcare.
