Taylor Friehl started North Bound ’93 in 2016 while unemployed living in Colorado. The dream of starting her own brand had been on her mind since before her art school days and the tough job search as a recent grad in Colorado made it a reality. From starting as a one-man shop in her garage, to having North Bound ’93 hats in over 35 states, it’s been one of her favorite adventures. Growing up in Southern Minnesota meant vacationing “Up North” and escaping to the lake. Whether on a boat ride or sharing stories around a fire, life is just better Up North.
