We have over 500 hours of HD video interviews with American, British, and German World War II veterans, and access to hundreds more, through friends who have collected interviews for decades. We are looking for partners - writers, video producers, documentary producers, museums, and funders who are willing to work with us to get these stories out to the world: Americans: - Fighter, bomber, divebomber, glider, reconnaissance, and transport pilots and crew members, - Paratroopers who fought in Normandy, Nijmegen and the Battle of the Bulge, - Scouts and Raiders (forerunners of the Navy SEALs), - First Special Service Forces (Black Devils), - Bataan Death March survivor, - Cavalryman who fought in Burma, - Marines and Army who fought on Iwo Jima and Okinawa, - POW's who survived forced winter marches and Dachau, - Naval gunners, and an Omaha D-Day Beachmaster, - a female Marine, - and many more. Brits: - Sherwood Rangers Tank Regiment members who fought in Africa, on D-Day, at Nijmegen, etc., - Motor Gun Boat crew who delivered and picked up "parcels" behind enemy lines, - Wellington and Lancaster bomber pilots, including one who bombed the battleship Tirpitz. French: - Resistants who helped Allied aviators escape occupied France. Germans: - Tankers, infantry, artillerymen, and cavalrymen who fought in Poland, France, the Eastern Front (outside Leningrad, Stalingrad, Moscow, etc.), Africa, Normandy, Italy, Battle of the Bulge, Battle of Berlin, etc. and became POW's in the US, Canada, England, Poland, Germany and Russia, - Bomber, divebomber, fighter, jet, transport, ram and reconnaissance aviators and crew, - U-Boot Commander who was successful in completing a mission to and from Japan, - Paratrooper who fought in Normandy, - Red cross nurses and civilian women caught by invading Russian troops, - Child soldiers thrown in at the end of the war, - and many more.
