We provide a network of support, evidence-based information and resources for English-speaking families affected by Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD), autism and related conditions in Belgium, as well as for their teachers and other professionals who work with them. We hope we can spread awareness about AD'HD and the related conditions that often coexist with it, such as the Learning Differences (Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, Dysgraphia etc), and all Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), etc. so that the children and adolescents who suffer from this chronic condition will have the opportunity to achieve their full potential at school, and to live balanced and productive lives as adults. We also hope to reduce the stigma surrounding ADHD that still exists today - mainly because of media misinformation - which is something that has a significant effect on a number of children and adolescents. We hope that you will take the time to look carefully at the information here and let others know where they can find authentic evidence-based information and resources about this misunderstood and much maligned disorder, which is unfortunately very real and can ruin lives when no effort is made to detect and treat it.
