TwoCees Pty Ltd is the Research, Development and Commercialisation Lab of HordernIT. With 18 years of experience in developing software for clients, HordernIT expanded into the product development phase in 2014. The latest product, PATorganiser, is evidence of TwoCees R & D experience of developing a concept and bring the product to market. At its core, TwoCees is an innovation lab with a range of experience in Management Accounting, Computational Modelling, Research and Spatial Data design. TwoCees commercialised a cloud-based, web-based software application for the Electrical industry in 2016. The portfolio of client projects includes software for Property Valuation, Residual Life Systems and upgrading legacy applications to web-based applications. These skills have developed into an ability to apply research-based methodology to real-life, commercial applications. The company operates via a matrix organisational structure, founded on excellent client communication and a dynamic response to customer needs.
