The Girls with GRIT Sports and Personal Development youth program is all about teaching sports fundamentals and Personal Development for girls entering 3rd- 12th grade. Our mission is to motivate girls through critical confidence years be their very BEST and grow into beautiful young women! We work to expose girls to sports at levels, positive female role models/leaders, and trained coaches and volunteers. The 3-8th grade program is focused on beginner and intermediate level students and utilizes a diverse set of coaches in the area to teach girls about both basketball and life skills that build confidence at such a critical age in a girls development. Each youth sports program features a 3-day clinic and 6 ongoing sessions to help the student grow over the course of the program. Our first sport was basketball in 2016, and in 2017 we are expanding into Soccer and Track as well for grades 3-8.
