We support patients across the continuum of health care by offering primary care services that range from health promotion to the management of chronic and complex disease conditions. Together our entire team works to provide the best health care we possibly can to our patients. Our Family Health Team is comprised of 9 family doctors, 2 nurse practitioners, registered nurses and a dietitian, a mental health worker, a pharmacist and a kinesiologist/health educator, as well as a full complement of non-clinical staff.
