JEAN-FRANCOIS RICHER SOMMELIER Twenty years ago, Jean-François was initiated to the pleasures of fine wine tasting by a co-worker that was also a wine enthusiast. Quickly under the charm, Jean-François multiplied experiences and discoveries, traveling to France along with Véronique, with the sole objective of exploring Bordeaux and its prestigious appellations. Describing Jean-François without mentioning his passion for good food and fine wine is impossible. He has an insatiable desire to share both the joy of tasting a good bottle and the knowledge about the art and the science hidden behind those precious moments.
