Established in 1983 by Curt Jarmer , owned and licensed General Contractor of Smooth Systems Construction Inc - Licensed and Bonded in Oregon and Washington. We work with other General Contractors on projects within the Northwest region and specialize in hotel restoration and tenant improvement services. We are associated with project managers, supervisors, counsel and networks of property developers to easily accomplish what your project outline requires.
