Nuova Gumlab s.r.l. is a company based in Castelli Calepio specialized in rubber gasket injection moulding and compression. Our company makes use of machines ranging from 150 to 500 tons of weight, allowing us to produce samples of large size and to 4.5 kg of weight. Our products are made accordingly to the design and the features required by our customers, by the means of moulds provided by specialized factories or by the customers themselves. Our production covers smooth and corrugated sealing rings for building, sealing rings for water pipes, rubber bellows for appliances, rubber fairleads for cars, special sections, rubber dilator joints, rubber and metal gaskets, standard and custom O-rings, and various other items. We produce moulds based on our customer’s needs. We can work with different types of compounds, such as EPDM, NBR, nitrile, natural rubber, food quality rubber, silicone, viton, ethylene, propylene, styrene, butadiene, as well as special purpose compounds, like epichlorydrin and chloroprene.
