Our mission is the promotion of aikido principles in working life and promoting authentic leadership in organizations. Peter Hoogeveen is the founder. He has been practicing Japanese martial arts for 25 years. He studied Human Resources Management, employment law and business administration. Peter has worked for more than 20 years in the field of ‘human work’ in various organizations and industries, at both operational and management level.
