Mowgli Mentoring is a social enterprise driving inclusive economic and social change in the Middle East, North and Sub-Saharan Africa. Mowgli’s unique, accredited methodology provides a supportive framework which empowers and supports the talent and leadership development of entrepreneurs (micro, refugee and SMEs), women, youth as well as corporate leaders and employees to unlock their potential and seize new opportunities for growth. Over the past eleven years, Mowgli has worked with philanthropists, and local and international governmental and private sector partners to provide mentoring across 17 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and the UK. Having predominantly served the MENA region, we recently expanded our operations across Sub-Saharan Africa consequently increasing our focus to women and youth in addition to entrepreneurs and corporate employees as the beneficiaries of our programs. We have trained more than a thousand mentors who have supported entrepreneurs from all sectors. They create and safeguard jobs, producing a significant economic and social return on investment.
