Women of Vision
www.womenofvision.co.zaA group of women in the Westbury community came together on the 16th December 1996 to form the Women of Vision organization. This empowering initiative was forged to provide interventions for the high levels of poverty, abuse, substance abuse and lack of recourse for the most vulnerable individuals in our community – namely children, women and the elderly. We have been active for 21 years and survived many upheavals and great victories. The longevity of our organization is based on the passion, loyalty and love exhibited by our founders, staff, volunteers and stakeholders. Our main purpose is to restore dignity and respect to children, women and the elderly who have been made vulnerable by abuse, neglect and lack of resources.
