HR program – Conducting interviews, recruitment, maintaining compliancy of rules and regulations of employees at the state and federal level. Financial Consultant – Creation of reoccurring reports that track growth, challenges, and improvement, projection of yearly budget, complete assessment of purchasing practices and develop written procedures for purchasing, make recommendations to contribute long term savings to the bottom line.
