Our staff led the following work for the Washington Health Benefit Exchange: *Developed business and system requirements for the Washington Healthplanfinder *Developed the rules for the Washington State eligibility system in accordance with the Affordable Care Act *Designed enrollment systems and processes, including issuing enrollment process guides *Designed and implemented EDI transactions including 834 Enrollment and 820 Payment transactions *Designed an enrollment and payment reconciliation process that serves multiple insurance carriers *Developed business intelligence strategies Our staff also provided technical assistance to states implementing the HITECH Act and All Payer Claims Databases.
