We feature wild fresh water fish that are caught in local clean rivers and lakes. In operation since 1955, we are FDA, Halal and Kosher certified, and the largest fishery in the United States Midwest. Our fleet of trucks delivers fish throughout the United States and Canada. We export to Europe, Singapore, Indonesia, China and Israel. The fish can be exported headed and gutted, in fillets with skin and in a minced boneless variety.
