Drunk Busters of America was founded by Curt Kindschuh in 1995, and he and his staff now serve a customer base in 120 countries to help them in their efforts to reduce the injuries and fatalities caused by drunk and impaired driving. Kindschuh is a veteran law enforcement officer, was one of the first Drug Abuse Resistance Education D.A.R.E. Officers in Wisconsin in 1990, and was recognized in the 1993 Wisconsin Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Awards for his creative approaches to crime prevention. He served as the first Wisconsin State Executive Director for Mothers Against Drunk Driving MADD from 1994-1997, working with victims of impaired driving, prosecutor's, the media, schools, other prevention and traffic safety organizations, and with hundreds of MADD volunteers. He is the inventor and patent holder for Drunk Busters Impairment Goggles, available in 10 different styles.
