We have flexible and flat fees for many of our tasks and we leverage creativity to find cost effective solutions to big problems. We help Latinx and other people of color create their startups and businesses. We counsel on when to bring in a lawyer and when not to. We help them avoid legal problems from the beginning when they incorporate so they can scale properly and not fall victim to common mistakes. We help founders bring on key personnel, draw up operating agreements and by-laws as well as drafting all the necessary customer facing contracts. In additional we help startups and businesses with IP (Intellectual Property) issues as well as counseling them on funding and investor issues. We are their support when they need us.
