More than 50 million people live as expatriates, moving every 2-3 years. This semi-permanent life has many benefits but also challenges as creating "home away from home" again and again isn't easy. In particular finding good and reliable househelp, which is often crucial for a successful expatriation, can be unsafe and time-consuming. At the same time a large number of the more than 67 million people currently employed in the househelp industry lack access to the employment market as well as safe and decent working conditions. miheroo is the global platform where expatriates and househelpers can find, contact, agree with, pay, and recommend each other, safely and conveniently. We are built with a desire to change the world and actively support ILO c189 and UN Sustainable Development Goal 8.
