Honeywell acquired EMS Technologies in 2011, adding more than 1,200 employees and a broad base of wireless and space technologies to the company. Former EMS people, products, technologies, services, sites and, in some cases, product brands are now integrated into the Honeywell Aerospace and Scanning & Mobility portfolios. As part of Honeywell, the company now has its headquarters in Morris Township, N.J. and is traded on the NYSE under symbol ‘HON.’
