Whales from the Hill has as mission to promote the valorization of humpback whales through the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge, aiming to propose and motivate effective conservation actions that increase the perception of the importance of these giants on the planet. The Project is carried out by the Applied Ecology & Conservation Lab of the State University of Santa Cruz with the administrative support of the Scientific and Technological Park of Southern Bahia and the logistical support of Mirante of Serra Grande.
