Sciere is a company specializing in educational technologies, founded nine years ago. Sciere has as the main customers large corporations, universities, training companies and publishers. In those years, Sciere created educational environments, corporate social networks and specialized software for education. After its initial phase dedicated to consulting and customized projects, within the strategy of seeking scalability in their business, Sciere decided to develop MagiZ, a LMS platform for world-class online education, with unique quality in its segment in Brazil, to compete with large global platforms. Magiz is a SAS product, operating in the cloud and can be used both by schools and universities in their online or hybrid programs, and by large corporations for training and knowledge management offerd to its team of employees. MagiZ was launched in mid-2013, and is already in use by dozens of clients. The main shareholders and members of the Board are Edson Fregni (controller and administrator), Fabio Barbosa, Marcelo Maziero, Gustavo Roxo, Claudio Prado (Chairman of the Board of Directors) and Maurício Matsubara (CTO).
