www.crcc.org.pkOur role: Climate Resourcing Coordination Center’s (CRCC) objectives align with attracting and accessing climate financing for Energy, Agriculture and Industry. On average, these three sectors emit 94% of the total Green House Gases (GHG) emissions in Pakistan. Our aim: 1. Mainstream climate action into the national economic and development strategy 2. Leverage international trends, opportunities, and partnerships to support national actions 3. Strengthen institutional absorptive capacity to benefit from international climate finance 4. Enable catalytic deployment of public resources to attract international private finance, scaling up climate investments in Pakistan. Run the last mile with our stakeholders 1. Facilitate public sector institutions and private sector organizations with project ideas and design 2. Develop sound bankable projects for funding through diverse sources of international climate finance 3. Support proposal writing and approval processes 4. Develop comprehensive result frameworks, including assessments, reporting and analysis to gauge climate results and paradigm shift of ongoing projects and investments Our competencies: 1. International climate normative frameworks and policies 2. Investment methodologies and operational requirements of various global climate funds 3. Existing legislative, policy and institutional arrangements in Pakistan 4. Identify needs and potential for climate investments in Pakistan 5. Programme and proposal development 6.
