We achieve this by providing businesses and employees with an adaptable, people-centred experience of Consultancy, Workshops and an award-winning App. The app has been endorsed by Orcha as a digital health tool for the UK National Health Service (NHS), and also featured by Apple as 'App of the Day' (May 2022) and 'Top Audio App' (March 2022). Minderful was co-founded in London by two friends – Dr Nick Prior, an NHS doctor who specialises in mental health, and James Harrop, an advertising creative – who have each managed their mental health challenges of bipolar through living more minderfully.
