The group also owns Natural Avenue Sdn Bhd which is a number forecast operator in the state of Sarawak. In Johor Bahru, the Group owns the Berjaya Waterfront Hotel and Ferry Terminal. Berjaya Assets Berhad through its 100% owned subsidiary, Berjaya Assets Food (BAF) Sdn Bhd obtained a license agreement with Greyhound Café Co Ltd for exclusive rights to establish and operate cafes under the trademark ‘Greyhound Café’ in Malaysia. Greyhound Café restaurant is located at ANSA Kuala Lumpur and Mid Valley Megamall Kuala Lumpur.
