Fast Running launched at the start of 2017 and has grown rapidly. To say it simply we deliver the content runners want and the feedback has been phenomenal. We relate to all runners; from the parkrunner, to club runners, those who run every day, enjoy all aspects of running, from taking part in mass participation events, to challenging the elites in races, to simply enthusiasts of the sport.
