The Global Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering Event will take place once again in Basel, Switzerland from November 11th to 13th 2014 and this year will host UNIDO's Third Global Chemical Leasing Award ceremony. The event will gather an estimated 3000 attendees and over 100 exhibitors, representing the leaders and innovators of sustainable chemistry across the value chain. Companies in attendance include Dow, BASF, Clariant, Evonik, DuPont, INEOS, Cefic, Elevance, Lonza, Suschem, Royal Society of Chemistry, AkzoNobel, DSM, RobecoSAM AG, Novamont, LanzaTech, Myriant, ACS Green Chemistry Institute, Accenture, MANE, Nestle, Nike, Volkswagen, Levi’s, Siemens, P&G, Novartis and L’Oreal. The meeting aims to accelerate innovation, research, commercialisation and market uptake in design and production, as well as use of efficient, effective, safe and more environmentally benign chemical products and processes.
