TiE has established three objectives: 1) To identify and nurture up-and-coming entrepreneurs 2) To facilitate networking among members 3)To bridge gaps between members and the community at large Formed in 1998, and located in the Chicago region, TiE-Midwest is a not-for-profit gathering of industry leaders joined together by the values of merit-driven advancement. Sharing the values and philosophy of the TiE Global organization, TiE-Midwest is chartered by entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals who have demonstrated marked achievements in advancing entrepreneurship both personally, and vicariously through the lives of other TiE Midwest members.
