Jesse Rochman (lawyer) and Jacek Wiltowski (banker) have been friends for over 20 years and hail from Southern Illinois. They have always had a passion for great vodka. One day they were sitting at a bar with vodka drinks in hand and were discussing how there were plenty of good vodkas, but few great vodkas. And of those great vodkas, none were enhanced so they could enjoy their drinks without feeling guilty the next day. Jesse and Jacek wanted to solve this problem.
