Her experience spans 25 years across multiple industries including SaaS, Technology, Telecommunications, Health and Financial Services. Ilona recognised a need, supporting Founders, CEO's, Executive teams and Boards to adapt as their businesses grow and scale. In her roles as an executive, Ilona has built a reputation based on integrity, pragmatism and a highly commercial approach to solving complex people problems. She is known for her ability to spot key issues early and to harness the energy of the teams around her to solve for these. Being a founder, CEO or senior executive can be a very lonely and isolating place.
