This growth has led to the industry being considered what we would call a candidate short market – basically, there are more jobs than there is 'qualified talent'. This in itself can make it very time-consuming and costly to source AWS talent in the US. That’s where we come in – Selltik Consulting has a process that is designed so that we qualify everyone, we are building relationships with the very best talent on the market that is active now and those that will be active in the next 6, 12, 18 months ensuring we are ahead of the curve and have relationships with the those both on and off the job boards. Our target market is AWS Customers and partners with between 1-500 Employees who are looking to fill permanent/full-time positions, the smaller the client or team, the more value we feel we can add. The recruitment industry has developed a bit of a shaky reputation in the last several years, more and more companies have adopted a ‘throw it at the wall, and hope it sticks’ approach which is causing more damage than its worth – we like to keep things simple and prefer quality over quantity, keeping our client portfolio small ensuring we can give each client the attention they deserve and a dedicated, around the clock account manager.
