As corporations drifted away from a focus on employees to profit, I consistently stuck my neck out to remind leadership to do the right thing. I've always cared more about coaching, training and teaching my team to enable them to shine then I did about getting the glory myself. After chasing my career for over 20 years and moving my family multiple times, I decided the sacrifices were too much. I quit my corporate life and now utilize my skills to make a difference in the lives of business owners, their families and their employees. I know too many owners are overwhelmed, feel isolated and are working too many hours and making too little. I bring a true solution: a proven methodology to a better life. I have over 28 years experience running businesses within corporate organizations on well known brands like: KFC, Ziploc, Raid, Off!, Saran Wrap, Scrubbing Bubbles, Sargento Cheese, Red Gold tomatoes and Energizer. I have a consistent track record of delivering growth, building strong teams and improving processes / procedures. I have regional, national and global experience (physically worked in Canada and the US). I've worked in convenience stores, quick service restaurants and various CPG industries across varying sized companies.
