In lack of actually good vegan ice cream (without the funny aftertaste), we took on the challenge in 2019 to make ice cream that doesn't taste plant-based. After 44 batches we created the perfect chocolate ice cream. A rich and creamy flavor and silky smooth texture; the Chocolate Bomb. The year after the ice cream became available at shops and restaurants and Montgomery's grew into a family business. By now, the ice cream can be found at 100+ points of sale throughout The Netherlands. Every week we make fresh batches in Haarlem.
