The Kane County Bar Foundation is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit, charitable organization. The Foundation was established in 1996 to facilitate the unrestricted access of all members of the public – rich or poor, single or married, of every sex, race, religion or creed – to the legal programs and services available and necessary for the protection of individual rights and the overall preservation of justice and safety for all residents of Kane County.
