In the last decade of my career, I have designed, built and operated award-winning loyalty businesses in Southeast Asia across payment, retail, and lifestyle sectors. Most recently, I led the businesses of two of the largest coalition programs in Singapore and Indonesia where we grew our bottom line by 50x and 200x respectively. In December 2020, I left my full-time role at NTUC Link to embark on a career break. During this time, I rediscovered my passion for loyalty and customer experience and I’ve been helping loyalty professionals and struggling businesses to reboot their loyalty programmes. Leveraging on my experience, I now advise growth-stage and enterprise companies to turn their customer engagement strategies into a sustainable business growth engine.
