I grew up in Brabant, the sausage roll province. You would find sausage rolls everywhere: at parties, birthdays, in school canteens – sometimes even for breakfast. But because I don't eat pork, these treats weren't for me. I used to dream of a sausage roll for everyone. Because I couldn't find that anywhere, I decided to develop it myself. I went to visit all the bakers and butchers in the neighbourhood to pick up the art. Thousands of manually folded sausage rolls and countless taste tests later, I'd done it: I'd found the ultimate recipe. I'm proud to present Kadir's sausage roll, made with 100% beef and freshly baked at our North Brabant bakery every day. Just as tasty as the traditional sausage roll. A dream that came true! Since then, my range has expanded to include more products, and the rolls and steamed buns, pitabread are for sale in more and more places.
