RealWorld Media Inc. is a documentary production company based in Vancouver, BC. Established by filmmakers Carmen Henríquez and Denis Paquette, we produce a slate of character driven docuseries and features for TV, Web, and theatrical distribution. In addition to our broadcast and streaming customers, RealWorld creates unscripted content for leading brands throughout Canada. RealWorld Media is Indigenous inspired and grounds its’ stories on social, environmental, and cultural themes. Our recent broadcast credits include season 1 of the clean energy docuseries “Power to the People” (2020, season 2 in development), and two seasons of their critically acclaimed environmental series “Native Planet”. In 2021, RealWorld begins production on the adventure docuseries “Northern Air Rescue” and the branded web series “The New Energy”. Augmenting our current slate of production, RealWorld continually develops new unscripted concepts for the Canadian, US, and Latin American markets. From our turnkey 4K production studio in Vancouver, we collaborate with an award-winning team of editors, composers, designer, mixers and colorists to craft content that aligns with RealWorld’s brand.
