Growing up, she was famous for her gigantic salads, which were a hit at every neighborhood celebration and family gathering. Always brimming with brightly colored veggies picked straight from her garden and the best, all-natural ingredients, her salads were like a symphony for the senses – full of vibrant flavors, textures and tastes that we came to crave. Looking back on it, we now appreciate how Aunt Dottie brought happiness to eating greens, which inspired us to create Greenjoy. She showed us how eating fresh and healthy should be fun, not boring or inconvenient – now we aim to do the same for you.
