SPECTRUM is a Technical society of, COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, BHUBANESWAR. This club was established by " Bikram Keshari Panda (2015 batch) ", Primarily this was his idea to have an electronics society in our department. He was the first chief coordinator of this club. During that time, there was no separate space for establishment of this club. He along with his few batchmates, for the very first time conducted events in the college fest. At that time, the club was not even official.Spectrum got its recognition in the year 2016 and got its workspace, funding and other facilities.
